Abbey Garner Miesse didn’t just step into real estate; she was born into it. As the founder of The Legacy Collection — a subsidiary of Oak Grove Realty — she brings a sharp blend of instinct, strategy, and execution, operating precisely where real estate meets edge.

She has represented hundreds of families across the greater Memphis and Nashville area, building a reputation defined by precision, discretion, and results. Three decades in, Abbey has shaped a powerhouse career marked by consistency at the highest level. She holds her Broker license along with ABR, GRI, SREC, SRES, New Home Specialist, and Certified Luxury Home Specialist (CLHMS, GUILD) designations. Raised in a family where blueprints were dinner table conversation, Abbey is the daughter of Karen Garner, founder of Magnolia Homes and Oak Grove Realty, LLC, and the sister of Reggie Garner, Jr., a key force behind the family’s custom home legacy. With a builder for a father, construction isn’t just familiar; it’s second nature.

And now, the legacy continues. Abbey’s daughter Izabella has joined her team, bringing a new generation into the fold. Abbey graduated from the University of Memphis with a degree in Business Management — a foundation that sharpened the strategic thinking she brings to every deal. At home, she is just as dynamic, balancing a full, vibrant life with her husband Mark and their three children. It’s a world that keeps her grounded, energized, and always moving—much like the way she approaches her work.

Growing up around real estate, Izabella developed an intuitive understanding of the market and a genuine love for helping people find where they belong.

A Memphis native with a global perspective, Izabella pairs fresh energy with a natural instinct for connection. A graduate of Hutchison School, she went on to study at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee (Go Vols!), where she built a strong foundation in business, client relationships, and the art of understanding what people truly want. During her time at Tennessee, she was also an active member of Delta Delta Delta (Tri Delta), further cultivating the leadership and relationship-building skills that serve her clients today.

Brigi Mills

Realtor Associate 

Brigi Mills brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to the real estate market.

A Collierville native and current undergraduate at the University of Mississippi, Brigi is majoring in Psychology with a minor in Hospitality Management and is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma. Her background gives her a natural ability to understand people, anticipate needs, and create an experience that feels both seamless and personal.

She spent fifteen years in classrooms across Memphis learning how to read people, build trust, and understand what matters. That instinct now defines how she works.

A Memphis native, she knows the city beyond the surface. She began working alongside Abbey and now serves clients through Oak Grove Realty with a steady, thoughtful presence. Nothing feels forced. She pays attention and people trust her because of it.
